Tom’s academic background is in finance and economics has a keen emphasis on data analysis and modelling to produce useful strategies for companies and their employees. Tom has experience in HR client services and in delivering quick and accurate payroll outcomes in a high-pressure environment.

• Assisted in management of payroll operations for a large-scale organisation with over 5000 full-time staff, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement.
• Contributed to the architecting of an application lifecycle management process for a large financial institution.
• Conducted comprehensive research during academic tenure, specialising in financial asset analysis and portfolio management.

Outside of work, Tom enjoys AFL, tennis, reading and listening to music. He is a big movie and TV fan and loves eating good food.
