I’ve spent 10+ years helping executives make better decisions and strategically invest in people, process and technology. Whether helping German startups scale from 20 to 200 staff, or supporting billion-dollar technology transformations for government, I use my combination of strategy, technology and project management experience to quickly create lasting results. I’m always improving my own consulting practice to create repeatable success, building my own capability to share with clients, solve the simple problems faster, and spend more time on the thorny problems that matter.

• Led the development of Business Architecture deliverables on a billion-dollar government transformation.
• Led consulting team responsible for 2-year whole-of-organisation efficiency review, identifying and implementing millions of dollars of savings whilst improving service delivery
• Led the strategic review of an NFP with 19-business lines to create a multi-year roadmap to return to profitability and create significant growth in employment for vulnerable communities
• Strategic advisor to $100M+ scale-ups to support international expansion, investment strategy and operational effectiveness

Matt is a ‘connector’: he loves connecting people and nature wherever he can. He hosts a weekly ‘meal and meditation’ community, loves playing the handpan/ravdrum, and is hiking and camping in nature wherever he can. He is self-proclaimed as having an above-average taste in music.
