Kurt Pollard

Kurt has over 15 years’ experience within Industry, holding numerous roles covering areas of relationship and stakeholder management, strategic planning, change management, business analysis, risk management, and operations and process design. He couples his results-oriented mindset with a broad stakeholder focus to achieve sustainable and meaningful change.

• Designed and implemented new operations processes for a UK clearing bank to enable fulfilment of the multibillion-pound government-backed COVID lending scheme
• Developed and oversaw the implementation of a stakeholder engagement strategy to inform a New Policy Proposal and Combined Pass Business Case
• Worked on implementation and transition to BAU for a large-scale organisational transformation (2,000+ headcount) within the private sector
• Supported the design and delivery of a core IT platform for end-of-life replacement. Kurt’s contributions include requirements gathering, management of business resourcing, management of user acceptance testing, and development of the training and communications strategy.

When Kurt is not with his young family or three Australian Shepherds, he enjoys watching sport (of any kind) or setting new records for the biggest slice from the first tee.
