Career highlights

  • Led the development of costings and funding model options for a whole of government program, while also playing a key role in operating model design, engaging with multiple partner agencies, and presenting the team's work to senior executive stakeholders.
  • Collaborated with a Government Department on their Transformational agenda, including conducting a technical review of Government Scheme systems, developing the cost model for the $1.5bn 7-year business case, and coordinating communication and alignment across business design, technical design and procurement streams for the transformation program.
  • Led the delivery of a 5-year IT Strategy and IT Strategic Roadmap, incorporating input from non-IT SES across the Department and their shared service clients across Government, and subsequently developed various sub-strategies. This led to the development of strategic options and a business case to uplift the Department's data capability in the long term.
  • Supported a Government Department’s Digital Transformation Program and IT Capability Uplift (Agile transformation) project. He developed program plans, successful delivered digital initiatives, change management and Agile training, and established key PMO artefacts.
