Alex Lewis

Alex has experience across strategy, policy development, program management, operations and delivery in a wide variety of public sector contexts including both business and ICT. Alex’s varied career has allowed him to hone his ability to quickly synthesise information, see the bigger picture, and identify pragmatic ways forward.

• Led the development of second pass business cases to secure ICT funding for a federal government Department.
• Implemented a framework and process to assess the current state ICT of a federal government Department and used the assessment outcomes to develop a new ICT strategy and Roadmap.
• Chaired workshops, town halls, bilateral and multilateral meetings to co-design draft legislative rules with industry to support a significant legislative reform.

Outside of work, Alex likes spending time with his family and pets, cooking and gardening.
